Canine Health & Wellness
A wellness diary, for dogs
As dogs get older, a bit of extra help — the right mix of movement, recovery and rest — is what keeps them strong enough to actually enjoy life, not just get through it. Canine Health & Wellness is where you find everyone who can help, and plan it into an actual week.
Everything a dog needs across a good week, in one place.
Hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and massage from qualified practitioners.
› Explore recoveryWalking, grooming and fields, kept to the same standard as everything else.
› Explore everyday careClasses and conditioning that build strength for the years ahead.
› Explore trainingWe all have to do things to stay fit and healthy. It's no different for them.
A run round the park is a great start, but it isn't the whole picture — for us or for them. Strength, mobility, recovery and rest all matter, and as they get older, they need more deliberate help with each of them, not less.
A dog who gets a little extra — some hydrotherapy after a long walk, a massage now and then, proper conditioning rather than just a lap of the field — stays strong for longer. It's not about doing more for the sake of it. It's the difference between a dog who's simply alive, and one who's still able to enjoy it: still keen for the walk, still steady on the stairs, still themselves.
It's not just lifespan. It's healthspan.
The difference
Age, breed and what you're working on all change what a good week should look like. Answer three quick things and we'll put together a starting plan — which kinds of care, roughly how often — that you can then go and find real providers for in the directory below.
A starting point, not veterinary advice — always check anything new with your vet, especially for recovery or joint issues.
This is the diary part — not just a list of places, but where their week actually gets planned. Move things around as you go.

Everything below is listed for information, not recommendation — always do your own checks before booking anyone. We're adding real local providers as we go, starting here in Essex.
